About the role
The Aging at Home (AAH) program, offered through the Healing and Wellness Branch, supports Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) Citizens aged 55 and older to maintain their independence, wellness and quality of life while remaining safely in their own homes.
The program provides a range of in-home and community-based supports, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry assistance, friendly visiting and supportive transportation for essential errands such as grocery shopping…
