Location: Care Home Setting Support Type: 1:1 Behavioural Support Hours: As required by the care home Start Date: Immediate / subject to availability PAY RATE : £15.24 - £17.61 an hour Role Purpose To provide safe, consistent, and person‑centred 1:1 support to a resident who presents challenging behaviours , including verbal aggression and discriminatory remarks.
The HCA will work closely with the care home team to maintain safety, reduce distress, and promote positive engagement.
