Salary: £20,000 - 23,000 per year

Requirements

We are ideally looking for someone who has recently completed a Modern Apprenticeship in IT Support, or has over one year of relevant work experience in the IT industry.

We prefer applicants with prior experience working in an MSP environment.

You should have experience supporting the Microsoft ecosystem, including desktops, servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

You should be comfortable with basic network troubleshooting.
