1st Shift Production Lead - Airport Bakery

Objective of the Position: The assistant production supervisor is responsible for providing support to the production floor.

The role is ultimately responsible for the production of baked goods on 2 production lines, product quality, completion of production orders, GMP and HACCP compliance housekeeping as well warehousing/freezer inventory.

They are also responsible for the applicable production associates on their assigned shift.
