3D Interconnects R&D Project Leader
What you will do
As a 3D Interconnects project leader, you will be leading the team to develop innovative devices for 3D interconnect applications, from the design phase until the device validation.
Your goal will be to demonstrate the technology in agreement with the external customer and IMEC’s R&D strategy.
