Position Overview The Team Lead reports directly to the Manager of Account Transfers and effectively assists in ensuring the established service level agreements of the department are met.
The role works closely with other Team Leads across Richardson Wealth.
The Lead will process complex account transfer requests and transfers forwarded by Management.
The incumbent is the first point of contact for escalations brought forth by Team members, Branches, and other Operational Departments.
