Description Reports To : Activity Director Employee Type : EXEMPT X NON-EXEMPT Work schedule: 12 hour shifts- 3 days one week and 4 days the following week.
Location: Both Burney Annex and Fall River.
Weekends and holidays: Rotating coverage.
POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Activity Director and the Social Services Designee, Activity Aide is responsible for the provision of activities functions and initial admissions process to SNF residents and documentation of same.
