Per il nostro headquarters SPADA Roma, ricerchiamo un profilo di addetto Customer Sevice, la risorsa si occuperà di: - gestione dei clienti e degli ordini fino alla consegna; - monitoraggio tempistiche di produzione; - gestione dei resi e degli eventuali problemi di consegna; - gestione anagrafiche clienti; - monitoraggio giacenze e segnalazione al responsabile commerciale sui prodotti a magazzino con bassa rotazione.
