Summary: Funded by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) through the Youth Employment and Skills Strategy (YESS), a Government of Canada initiative, the Employability Skills for Youth (ES4Y) assists youth facing barriers to employment to develop the skills and gain the experiences they need to find and keep quality jobs.
The objectives of the ES4Y program are to help all youth develop the skills and gain the experience they need to successfully transition into the labour market.
