Job Title: Adobe Workfront Solution Architect

Mode of work: Remote (First week onsite)

Role may require working onsite the first week, Monday-Friday, in a nearby EY location.

The Adobe Workfront Solution Architect will design and deliver scalable Workfront solutions that support enterprise work management and business processes. This role partners with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solution designs, configurations, integrations, and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Adobe Workfront solutions, including workflows, request queues, custom forms, templates, reports, dashboards, and user access structures.
• Translate business requirements and process needs into solution architecture, configuration designs, and technical recommendations.
• Lead the design of integrations between Adobe Workfront and other enterprise platforms using Workfront APIs, Adobe Workfront Fusion, or related integration technologies.
• Establish architecture, configuration, security, and governance standards that promote maintainability, consistency, and adoption.
• Partner with business stakeholders, administrators, developers, and project teams to support solution delivery, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions using Adobe Workfront.
• Strong knowledge of Workfront administration and configuration, including objects, custom forms, workflows, reporting, dashboards, permissions, and resource/work management concepts.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, APIs, integrations, and enterprise application architecture.
• Strong requirements-gathering and solution-design skills, with the ability to translate business processes into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences; relevant Adobe Workfront certifications are preferred.
