Our client Walsall Council is looking for a Adults QSW to join their social care team.
About the Role
As a Social Worker, you will support adults with care and support needs and their carers to achieve positive outcomes, maintain independence, and enhance their well being.
You will undertake strengths-based assessments, develop and review care and support plans, lead safeguarding enquiries where required, and work collaboratively with individuals, families, and partner agencies.
