Description

Glovo Group in Spain seeks a Partner Operations leader to optimize partner performance across Africa.

You will own KPIs from preparation time to vendor issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with General Managers, Heads of Operations and Commercial teams to fix priorities.

Over 12-18 months, you will build a scalable partner operations standard, develop scorecards, dashboards, and self-serve tools, and travel regularly to markets to partner with local teams and partners.
