Pliant is hiring an Agentic Tooling Engineer to join the Office of the CTO.
You will own the shared infrastructure that agentic tooling depends on, ensuring it is reliable, measurable, and easy to adopt.
This is an internal product with versions, evals, and users.
You will work with the Developer Experience and Platform Infrastructure teams to move therapy-of-tooling improvements into production-ready checks and enable continuous delivery for AI agents across the organisation.
