AI Engineer

Summary: We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, validate, and operationalize agentic AI solutions and automated document-generation workflows within Databricks, enhancing the organization’s AI capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Use Databricks and its AI capabilities effectively to deliver scalable AI solutions.

• Create, deploy, monitor, and maintain reliable end-to-end workflows in Databricks.

• Define, design, build, and validate agentic AI solutions within Databricks.

• Develop and maintain evaluation harnesses for agentic solutions.

• Use Langfuse to trace agent, prompt, tool, and response flows; manage evaluation results.

• Integrate Langfuse telemetry with the evaluation and monitoring approach.

• Design and implement automated document-generation workflows.

• Integrate user interfaces, APIs, and downstream systems with AI workflows.

• Apply sound software-engineering practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into maintainable solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Masters or PhD in computer science or related discipline.

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience with Databricks and its AI capabilities.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Langfuse for evaluation and monitoring.

• Experience in developing automated document-generation workflows.

• Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
