AI Engineer – Python

Salary: £70,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• A first-class or 2:1 degree in Computer Science or a STEM subject from a top-ranked university
• 1–3 years of experience in Python development
• Experience with Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, PostgreSQL, and AWS
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins
• Very strong software engineering principles
• Enthusiasm for startup environments and cross-functional teams
• Passion for automation and data infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-impact platform features
• Work with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to build reliable systems that solve complex financial problems
• Take ownership of individual projects
