Description
- You will join a central AI team developing modern Generative AI solutions for construction software products. The project focuses on building scalable, reusable AI capabilities, including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
- You will work on both prototyping and production-grade AI systems, help establish engineering standards and best practices, and contribute to AI-native software development and automation.

- Rate: up to 120 PLN/h nett + VAT

- Recruitment process: 2 stages – HR interview + technical interview with the Hiring Manager
- Engagement: Full-time
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on experience with production AI systems.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, tool/function calling, and orchestration.
- Practical experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI systems from APIs and data/retrieval layers to cloud infrastructure and production deployment.
- Experience with AI evaluation and testing, including quality, reliability, grounding, latency, and cost.
- Understanding of AI-assisted development, Spec-Driven Development, and modern AI developer tools.
- Strong software architecture skills and ability to design reusable, scalable AI solutions.
- English – minimum B2/C1.
