Enginy is building the AI-native GTM platform in Barcelona.

We’re seeking a Tech Lead to ship high-impact software, shape architecture and foster a high-performing, AI‑native engineering team.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and Design, and push the boundaries of AI-powered features while ensuring reliability and scalability as the company scales.
