Sapindex is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive the adoption of AI capabilities across our organization.
Based in Madrid with a hybrid work model, you will shape strategy and translate it into practical enablement programs, learning journeys, and governance.
The role requires advanced English, strong change management and experience building learning platforms, collaborating with business, HR, and IT to scale AI initiatives responsibly.
