Position Summary The Allied Health (AH) Lead is a hybrid clinician–leadership role responsible for the leadership of Changepain's allied health services.
The Lead is the first point of contact for allied health clinicians, resolves clinically relevant questions and situations, and drives service quality, workflow efficiency, and growth.
The Lead reports directly to the Medical Director, and major changes are planned and implemented in partnership with the Operations Director.
