Make an Impact
The Corporate Yardi System Administrator supports the administration, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Yardi platform. This role works closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Asset Management, Construction, Information Technology, and other business functions to help ensure Yardi supports secure, consistent, and efficient business processes.
This position combines day-to-day application administration with functional support, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and process improvement. The administrator will develop broad knowledge of the Yardi environment, assist with system and access-related requests, research issues, support changes and enhancements, and partner with more experienced team members, business stakeholders, and vendors when additional technical expertise is required.
What You Will Do
Yardi Administration & Optimization
- Support the administration of Yardi Voyager and associated modules, configurations, workflows, interfaces, permissions, and scheduled processes.
- Assist with system configuration and enhancement requests while considering business needs, downstream impacts, security, controls, and maintainability.
- Work with business stakeholders and senior team members to understand operational and financial requirements and translate them into appropriate Yardi solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, consistency, efficiency, and user experience and bring recommendations forward for review.
Application Support & Troubleshooting
- Research and troubleshoot Yardi issues involving configuration, data, workflows, security, reporting, and integrations, escalating more complex issues when needed.
- Use established troubleshooting methods to identify likely root causes and help implement practical, sustainable solutions.
- Coordinate issues with Yardi Client Services, internal technology teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders as appropriate.
- Track recurring support issues and help identify opportunities for process, configuration, documentation, or training improvements.
Security, Access Governance & SOX Controls
- Administer users, roles, permissions, menu access, workflows, and other role-based security configurations.
- Support user provisioning, modifications, transfers, and deactivations in accordance with established role-based access and least-privilege standards.
- Assist with periodic access reviews, segregation-of-duties activities, audit requests, and maintenance of supporting control documentation.
- Follow established security, SOX, change-management, and internal control requirements when performing Yardi administration activities.
Data, SQL/YSQL & Financial Systems Support
- Use SQL/YSQL and available system tools, with appropriate guidance, to research issues, validate data, and support troubleshooting and reconciliation activities.
- Assist with data mapping, conversions, migrations, reporting validation, and investigation of discrepancies across Yardi and connected applications.
- Support Accounting and Finance users with Yardi functionality related to financial processing, reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, Job Cost, Construction Manager, Investment Manager and related processes.
- Consider potential financial, data-integrity, and control impacts when supporting system changes and escalate concerns when identified.
Release, Testing, Integrations & Change Support
- Participate in testing for Yardi upgrades, plugin updates, patches, enhancements, and configuration changes.
- Review release documentation and execute assigned regression and user acceptance testing prior to production deployment.
- Assist with implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of integrations between Yardi and third-party platforms.
- Maintain change documentation, testing evidence, release communications, and post-deployment validation in accordance with established procedures.
Projects, Transitions & Documentation
- Support Yardi activities related to acquisitions, dispositions, conversions, organizational changes, new module implementations, and other technology initiatives.
- Participate in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, training, and post-go-live support under the direction of project or system leads.
- Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, configuration documentation, testing materials, and knowledge articles.
- Share knowledge with application support resources and business users and contribute to consistent Yardi administration practices across the team.
What You Bring
- Hands-on Yardi Voyager administration, application support, or related Yardi experience in a property management or real estate environment.
- Working knowledge of Yardi configuration, security, user administration, troubleshooting, workflows, and business process support.
- General understanding of how Yardi configuration, security, data, reporting, integrations, and financial processes interact.
- Basic working knowledge of SQL and/or YSQL, or the ability and willingness to develop query skills for troubleshooting and data validation.
- Experience participating in system testing, upgrades, enhancements, user acceptance testing, or production validation is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting or financial processes within Yardi and an understanding of the importance of data integrity and internal controls.
- Ability to research issues, manage multiple priorities, follow established procedures, and escalate appropriately when additional support is needed.
- Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting multiple property types or real estate business verticals within a shared Yardi environment.
- Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7S and/or Voyager 8.
- Exposure to Yardi Job Cost, Construction Manager, Investment Manager, financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, or workflow functionality.
- Exposure to Yardi integrations, interfaces, APIs, third-party applications, SQL/YSQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, conversions, or data migration activities.
- Familiarity with SOX-compliant environments, access controls, or internal/external audit support.
- Familiarity with IT change management, release management, ServiceNow, or enterprise IT service-management practices.

- Yardi administration requests and assigned support activities are completed accurately, consistently, and in accordance with established standards.
- Issues are researched thoroughly, documented clearly, resolved when within the role's scope, and escalated appropriately when additional expertise is required.
- System changes and releases are supported with accurate testing, documentation, and post-deployment validation.
- Business partners view this role as a responsive and knowledgeable Yardi resource who understands their processes and continues to build technical and functional knowledge.
- Documentation, knowledge-sharing, and consistent administration practices contribute to a reliable and scalable Yardi support model.
What You Will Be Part Of
Join a growing Corporate Systems team supporting one of Bridge's core technology platforms across Accounting, Finance, Operations, Asset Management, and Construction. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the full Yardi ecosystem — from security and SOX controls to financial modules, integrations, and system upgrades — while working alongside experienced administrators and business partners across a diverse, multi-vertical real estate portfolio. This is an opportunity to build deep platform expertise, contribute to meaningful process improvements, and grow into a trusted systems resource within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
The anticipated wage scale for this role is $75,000 up to $90,000 per year. The hired applicant will also be eligible for an annual performance based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
