Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite

Overview:

Are you an experienced annuity producer who loves closing the sale but is tired of spending your day chasing cold leads? As an Annuity Solutions Consultant, you'll partner with financial advisors and their clients to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and drive annuity sales growth.

In this role, you'll leverage trusted independent advisor relationships to connect directly with clients, uncover needs, present solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process. While you'll build strong partnerships with advisors, much of your time will be spent meeting with clients by phone and Zoom, helping them evaluate options and confidently move forward with annuity solutions that fit their goals.

Unlike many sales roles, you'll spend less time prospecting and more time engaging with qualified opportunities generated through trusted advisor relationships. This is an opportunity to focus on what you do best: building trust, helping clients make informed decisions, and closing business.

What you’ll do:

• Meet with clients by phone and Zoom to discuss annuity opportunities, present solutions, and close business.
• Partner with financial advisors to identify qualified opportunities and convert them into sales.
• Build strong relationships with clients while helping them make informed retirement planning decisions.
• Manage your pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and keep business moving from initial conversation through application submission.
• Grow annuity production by delivering an exceptional client experience and becoming a trusted resource for advisors and their clients.
• Work closely with advisors, carriers, and internal teams to deliver a smooth experience and drive successful outcomes.

Experience you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of sales experience in annuities, insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to build relationships, identify client needs, and close business.
• Strong knowledge of annuity products and the annuity sales process.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-up activities simultaneously.
• Active Life and Health insurance license or the ability to obtain one.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with independent financial advisors, producer or insurance agents.
• Experience working with annuity carriers and application platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of retirement income or annuity planning strategies.
