APAC Real Estate Counsel - Hospitality & Transactions

Randstad Singapore seeks a Legal Counsel - Real Estate to advise on regional real estate and hospitality operations across Asia Pacific.

You will report to the General Counsel and handle acquisitions, land tenders, sale and purchase, leasing contracts, and hotel management agreements for assets in the portfolio.

You will draft and review other commercial contracts and assist with corporate compliance matters.
