Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Appian BPM applications.
Monitor applications and resolve incidents, problems and service requests within SLA.
Troubleshoot Appian workflows, process models, SAIL interfaces, integrations and data issues.
Perform RCA and permanent fixes for recurring/complex production issues.
Analyze
requirements
and deliver enhancements, bug fixes and change requests.
Support application deployments, releases and production validation.
