Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Appian Software Developer to support the custom development of a Fleet Appian solution.

The Appian Software Developer will work as part of the development team responsible for designing and developing custom functionality within the Appian platform. This role requires expert-level custom development capabilities and the ability to collaborate closely with functional team members throughout the development lifecycle.

The successful candidate will participate in daily stand-ups and maintain regular communication with the functional team through Microsoft Teams and other communication channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the custom development of a Fleet Appian solution.

• Design and develop custom functionality using the Appian platform.

• Apply advanced Appian process automation capabilities to development activities.

• Work collaboratively with functional team members throughout development.

• Participate in daily team stand-ups.

• Maintain regular communication with team members through Microsoft Teams and other communication methods.

• Support development activities within an Agile Scrum environment.

• Apply software engineering expertise to the design and development of the custom Appian solution.

• Collaborate closely with the functional team to support ongoing project requirements and development priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must hold an Active Secret Security Clearance.

• Expert-level experience with Agile Scrum Development

• Expert-level Software Engineering experience

• Advanced Appian Process Automation experience

• Strong experience with Appian custom development.

• Ability to collaborate closely with functional and development teams.

• Ability to participate in daily stand-ups and maintain regular team communication.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote development environment.
