Application Support Scientist

The role

Temple Compute is a deep-tech company founded by Barcelona Supercomputing Center ex-researchers. Our platform, Horus, runs data and compute pipelines across laptops, HPC clusters and cloud GPUs without anyone touching a cluster config file. It is built for teams in AI, engineering simulation, materials and life sciences. For this role we need someone who speaks the language of the researchers buying our product as fluently as the language of the deal that gets them to sign.

Temple Compute provides a platform for running scientific workflows, such as molecular simulation, drug discovery, and protein engineering, across HPC clusters and cloud infrastructure. Its product, Temple Compute OS, is built on the open-source horus-runtime engine and aims to simplify infrastructure management for researchers, allowing them to run jobs on institutional HPC allocations or cloud resources without manual configuration. The company is based in Barcelona, Spain, and was founded by researchers from the Barcelona Supercomputing Center.
