Appointment Standards Assessor

Description We are looking for an organised, observant person to help us assess the standard of our property appointments during a temporary pilot.

You will observe or attend a sample of appointments and record clear, factual observations about attendance, punctuality, presentation and the experience of clients and attendees.

Your reports will help us identify service risks early, protect client relationships and make practical improvements.
