Architect

A Licensed Architect with 5 to 10 years of professional experience to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of projects from initial programming through final construction administration. You will lead day-to-day project operations, manage consultant teams, interface directly with clients, and ensure all design documentation complies with local building codes.

Required:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from accredited university
• 6+ Years of relevant experience post-graduation, preferred Certification as a licensed professional is required
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity
• Prepare reports, plans, schedules, and studies as assigned
• Perform analysis of design, planning and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts
• Review completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
• Be responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meets the client's needs
• Provide professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of assigned projects
• Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and designs
• Carry out assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures
• Provide guidance to less experienced architects
• Pay: $95K - $130K
