Argos Shift Managers are responsible for managing shifts within our Argos stores, inspiring and motivating teams and being the go–to people for on-the-job support.

They coach colleagues in store to ensure everyone can deliver brilliantly for our customers whilst also working alongside the team on the shop floor.
