enshift develops, finances and operates energy assets for buildings in Switzerland: photovoltaic plants, battery storage and heat pumps.

Once an asset is built, our Asset Management team makes sure it performs as it should, every day, for years.

That's where you come in.

You'll be part of the Asset Management team and work on the live fleet from day one.

This isn't a shadowing internship.

You'll own real problems, make decisions and see their effect on production and on our customers.
