Assistant Project Manager - Underground Utilities

Position Summary Ella SA Contracting is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of underground utility construction projects, including water, sewer, storm drainage, and related infrastructure.

This role works closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Foreman to coordinate field operations, maintain project documentation, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
