Description
Tesoro Group is seeking an experience Assistant Property with Leasing duties to join one of our long term clients teams at (2) properties in Minneapolis, MN (55419 & 55403).
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in Lease ups, property management, have knowledge and experience with affordable housing within section 8.
This role is contracted to hire (90 days before conversion).
This role will be working with (2) communities that have 275 units combined.
Salary: $24-$26/hour …
