Location: 1 day per week from the Wroclaw office (Monday)
Availability: ASAP / within 1 month
Working Model: Working hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, 8-hour working day
About the Role:
The Associate Application Support Specialist will be responsible for providing first-line application support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining business applications, including Real Estate SaaS solutions such as Planon and Visitor. The role focuses on supporting end users, handling service requests, implementing minor application changes, performing basic administration tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical applications.
Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for Planon, Visitor, and other business applications

• Handle user requests, incidents, and service tickets

• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues

• Support application configuration and day-to-day maintenance

• Implement minor application changes and updates

• Perform basic application administration tasks

• Monitor and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams

• Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Advanced English skills (written and spoken)

• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach

• Previous experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Help Desk, or Application Support

• Familiarity with troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Ability to work with ticketing systems and support processes

• Basic understanding of application administration
