Associate Counsel Newark, NJ | Full-Time Salary range: $130,000 DOE Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday: Half-Day Position Overview A growing organization is seeking an Associate Counsel to support the General Counsel across transactional and commercial legal matters.

This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership of contract review, compliance support, risk identification, and day-to-day legal guidance across the business.
