Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Market Access Associate Director to lead development and execution of market access strategies for the IVL portfolio across EMEA.

You will coordinate with regional teams to shape pricing, contracting, and reimbursement, and identify expansion opportunities while ensuring timely HTA submissions and HEOR activities.

The role requires 8–10 years in market access/HEOR, strong strategic and cross‑functional leadership, and fluency in English.
