Job Description What is the opportunity?
You will be helping a team of seven individuals with the processing of daily task using systems such as RBC Express, Service Link, JEFE, BTS.
Assist where required to balance in work volumes and must be able to meet SLA's, be prepare to put in some overtime when require as volume fluctuate throughout the months and during RRSP season.
