Join us as an Associate Project Manager (Decarbonisation Projects) to play a key role in revolutionising the built environment while reducing carbon footprints across projects.
As an Associate Project Manager, you will:
- Manage subcontractors pre, during and post construction works on site.
- Manage H&S requirements on day to day basis.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and forecasting for a wide variety of projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and clients to ensure sustainable project delivery.
- Monitor budgets, manage risks, and provide regular project performance reports.
- Contribute to the development of innovative cost-saving strategies that align with decarbonisation objectives.
- Liaise with clients to ensure project goals are clearly understood and exceeded.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualification in Construction Management, or a related field is desirable.
- Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS or similar) is desirable.
- Proven experience in project management within sustainability-focused projects is a plus.
- Excellent cost management and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, passionate about driving change in the industry.
