POSITION SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Residential Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with the supervision of Direct Support Professionals/Mental Health Support Specialists and will provide direct oversight of service planning and the provision of clinical and health care services.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the implementation of day-to-day activities and oversight of the assigned residence.
