Description
Lutheran Services Florida seeks a compassionate Youth Mentor to support at-risk youth through one-on-one and group mentoring.
In this part-time role, you will build trusting relationships, model positive behavior, assist with life skills, homework, and goal setting, and connect youth and families to community resources.
You’ll collaborate with counselors, case managers, and school staff to monitor progress, document services, and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
