AWS DevOps Engineer Toronto

Build AWS cloud infrastructure in Toronto as a full-time DevOps Engineer using Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation. Automate delivery through GitHub Actions.

This AWS DevOps Engineer role focuses on infrastructure automation, cloud operations, and containerized applications. You will work with AWS or Azure, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, and ECS. The position also emphasizes TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Node.js programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles
• Develop and optimize GitHub Actions continuous integration pipelines
• Deploy and operate Docker containerized applications
• Apply policy-as-code security and compliance controls
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments and server infrastructure

Requirements:

• Strong Linux command-line and scripting skills
• Programming proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Node.js
• Hands-on AWS or Azure cloud experience
• Experience with AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, EKS, or ECS orchestration
