Als Back End Operator bedienst und berwachst du die Produktionsanlagen direkt an der Back der Fertigung, fhrst kontinuierliche Qualittskontrollen durch und reagierst sofort bei Abweichungen, um hchste Przision und Stabilitt zu gewhrleisten. Du wechselst, polierst, schleifst und stimmst Werkzeuge eigenverantwortlich ab, sorgst fr Sauberkeit, Schmierung und Wartung und hltst alle Vorgaben zu Arbeitssicherheit, Hygiene und Umweltschutz ein. **Ihre Aufgaben:** + Bedienen der Produktionsanlagen im Back End + Durchfhren der Qualittsprfungen und Analyse der Messwerte + Sofortige Reaktion, wenn Messwerte oder Prfungen ausserhalb der Spezifikation waren + Werkzeuge beurteilen und nach Bedarf wechseln + Werkzeuge nachbearbeiten durch Nachpolieren/Kreuzschliff + Werkzeugstze zusammenstellen/abstufen + Durchfhren der regelmssigen Reinigungsarbeiten + Durchfhren von Schmier- und Wartungsarbeiten + Mithilfe an Wartungstagen + Untersttzung der anderen Teams durch Zusatzschichten whrend der Freitage + Einhaltung der Vorgaben fr Arbeitssicherheit/Hygiene/Brand- und Umweltschutz **Ihr Profil:** + Grundkenntnisse Deutsch (reden, lesen, schreiben) + Gutes Sehvermgen und robuste Gesundheit + Erfahrung in Produktionsbetrieb mit Schichtarbeit + Technisches Verstndnis und handwerkliches Geschick + Selbstndiges Arbeiten am Arbeitsplatz und gleichzeitig Teamarbeit im Back End Team + Gute Auffassungsgabe und berblick ber die das ganzen Back End und nachfolgende Prozesse If you have a disability and/or long-term health condition that impacts your ability to access any of the information outlined in the job application process, please do not hesitate in letting us know, so that we can endeavour to provide it you in the most accessible format.
