Backend Developer

RedStone is a blockchain company building the next generation of oracle infrastructure, delivering reliable, secure and low-latency data to blockchain applications. Today, our infrastructure powers 160+ protocols across DeFi, tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and institutional blockchain applications, securing over $67B in Total Value Locked (TVL). Our products include modular Price Oracles, Proof of Reserve and custom oracle solutions designed for both decentralized and institutional use cases. We focus on building highly scalable infrastructure that serves dozens of blockchain ecosystems while maintaining high performance and reliability.

The Role

We are looking for Backend Engineers (Mid and Senior) to help build and scale the next generation of Oracle infrastructure powering leading blockchain applications. In this role, you will work on distributed systems responsible for delivering reliable, secure and low-latency data across multiple blockchain ecosystems.You will join a team of 50 professionals, including nearly 30 engineers, the majority of whom are senior developers. Working in an international environment, you'll collaborate closely with our Poland-based engineering team to build infrastructure used by some of the largest protocols in DeFi, RWAs and institutional blockchain.

• Languages & Frameworks: TypeScript (Node.js), Go, Rust
• Blockchain: Solidity

You don't need experience with every technology listed above. We're looking for strong backend engineers who are comfortable learning new technologies as they go.

Responsibilities

• Implement data-fetching, aggregation, and verification pipelines
• Participate in protocol design and optimization processes
• Deploy and monitor blockchain nodes to ensure network stability and reliability

Requirements

• Experience designing and building scalable software
• Ability to write clean, maintainable and secure code
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivered solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience with blockchain technologies or DeFi
• Experience running blockchain nodes
• Knowledge of modular blockchain architecture (rollups, sidechains, etc.)
• Participation in programming competitions or hackathons

Experience with blockchain, DeFi or Web3 is not required. We welcome experienced backend engineers from other domains who are interested in blockchain technology and eager to expand their expertise.
