• Write high-quality, performant code primarily in Go
• Implement new microservices and help responsibly manage the migration away from legacy services
• Work with product managers, designers, and data scientists to turn abstract requirements into concrete technical designs
• Keep systems responsive under heavy load by optimizing latency and reliability

Требования

• 3+ Years of experience building and maintaining scalable backend services
• 5+ years for senior candidates
• Strong engineering fundamentals
• candidates may interview in their strongest language if they do not know Go
• In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher
