Skills & Responsibilities

Build custom WordPress plugins from scratch
Customize and extend third-party plugins
Write complete PHP customizations for client requirements
Customize and optimize WordPress themes
Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
Keep sites secure, fast and up to date

Requirements

4–5 years of professional WordPress back-end development
Strong PHP and MySQL skills
Deep understanding of WordPress hooks, actions and filters
Experience with WooCommerce customization

Preferable

Experience with headless WordPress
Familiarity with Composer and WP-CLI
Proficient with Git (GitHub or BitBucket)
