Position Summary Reporting to Manager, Ramp Operations, the Baggage Agent is responsible for ensuring efficient and secure baggage handling processes.
Baggage Agents are responsible for accurately sorting baggage according to flight number and baggage priority levels (Confirmed, Standby, Space Available).
The Baggage Agent also operates the x-ray machine to screen baggage for contraband and illicit substances.
