Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the baker is responsible for ensuring proper ingredients are added for each recipe and dough is mixed properly to be taken to the next stage of production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures equipment is clean before and during use.
2.
Sets up and adjusts mixing machines before operation.
3.
Operates single-function machines to mix food products at the required efficiency.
