We are hiring for a Full-Time Bakery Manager position with a wage range of $45,000 - $60,000 at our location in Hanna, AB.
Job Duties/
Responsibilities
Lead Bakery Team to Measure, mix, scale, and hand-mould various types of artisanal bread Hand-Mould bread, baguettes, boule, etc.
Bake and score traditional bread and bakery products Operate bakery equipment (i.e. commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer) Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and…
