A leading global law firm has opened a new opportunity for a junior to mid-level Finance lawyer.
The team is looking for an Associate who is, ideally, exploring their first career move and will probably have between 6 month and 3 years’ PQE.
Candidates must have experience of debt finance work, leveraged finance and asset-based lending exposure and be able to show excellent drafting skills and a strong grasp of complex financing structures.
