Job Description Job Description The Banquet and Restaurant Service Assistant supports restaurant dining service, weddings and formal banquets, corporate events, and mixed events across banquet and restaurant operations.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Banquet Manager, this role provides table-service support, assists with food and beverage service, welcomes guests, supports service recovery, and helps prepare and maintain dining areas.
