POSITION OBJECTIVE The Banquet Captain serves as the “go to” person on the floor for banquet events, ensuring seamless execution, exceptional guest service, and strict adherence to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
This role acts as the primary liaison between the Banquet Manager, culinary team, and service staff during events.
