Ravi’s Bar and Restaurant, 1 Market Street, Clifden, Co. Galway is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to manage the day-to-day operation of our busy bar and restaurant. The successful candidate will manage and supervise bar staff, prepare staff rotas, oversee customer service, manage stock control and ordering, monitor sales and costs, and ensure health, safety, hygiene and licensing standards are maintained. The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar management position in a busy bar, restaurant or hospitality environment. Candidates should have strong bar operations and staff management experience, good communication and organisational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy environment. Experience with stock control, ordering and inventory management is required. The successful candidate must be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. This is a full-time, permanent position of 39 hours per week with a basic annual salary of €36,605.
